- Average Number of Patients Per Day – INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : variable 1 per week
- Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Based
- Documentation System/EMR: meditech/ mosaiq
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days approx.
- Provider Must be local – only mileage is reimbursed
Required Procedures:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
- External Beam Radiation – 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation – IGRT
- External Beam Radiation – IMRT
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Required Duties:

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- Active MA License is required or pending (in process) – Required
- Needs active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license – Required
- Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal, IMRT, SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
- Experience with following software is preferred but not required: Pinnacle, Velocity, Mosaiq and Epic
- Will be asked to see both inpatient and outpatient consults, do treatment planning, see weekly on-treatment visits and follow up patients
- Will participate in weekly Tumor Boards
- Looking for someone with excellent communication skills who works well with patients and staff
- Looking for someone who documents accurately and promptly in the EMR
- Conversion rate cap 25k- REQUIRED
